First off, let's talk about who Tasq is, as this goes right to the heart of how we operate and how seriously we take your privacy and security. Tasq was founded by two production engineers from a supermajor Operators. Security, data privacy, and trust are deeply embedded in our DNA. We came out of large organizations that place security above all else, and that is how we continue to operate at Tasq to this day. More specifically, we want to be clear that you own the data you put on the Tasq platform, and that data remains private to you and your organization. Tasq will never sell, share, or publish any data provided by its customers in any way that would reveal any personal information or specific information regarding their assets (e.g., name, API number, statistics, production figures, GPS coordinates, etc.). As an Al company, Tasq ingests anonymized data to constantly retrain and improve its Al intelligence engine, but never in a manner that shares or discloses specific asset data or personal data. All data and information loaded into Tasq will take place over an encrypted connection; and all data, as well as the Tasq application itself, are hosted at SOC2 Type II certified data centers located exclusively in the United States.(Note: overseas customers may request alternative data center locations). Finally, if you decide for any reason to stop using the Tasq application, Tasq will return and/or destroy all data previously submitted and provide you with proof of same.
